About the Company

M/s Star Publicity is a reputed outdoor advertising and media agency based in Ludhiana. We work extensively with government and corporate clients across North India, providing innovative outdoor media solutions such as hoardings, unipoles, LED screens, bus branding, and signage. We frequently participate in government tenders, requiring a skilled professional to manage our tender-related activities.

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and file tenders on GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals.
• Prepare BOQ, Eligibility Documents, Technical Bids, and supporting paperwork.
• Draft and manage quotations, coordinate with suppliers/vendors for rates & documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of online bids and maintain proper follow-up for tender updates.
• Maintain tender records, renewal dates, and documentation files.
• Understand and manage EMD, Tender Fees, Technical Bid & Financial Bid requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information for tender submissions.
• Stay updated with tender notifications and new opportunities across relevant portals.

Requirements

• Must have hands-on experience with any Government Tender Portal (GeM, E-Procurement, CPPP, etc.).
• Strong understanding of EMD, Fee Structure, Technical Bid, Financial Bid.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF merging).
• Good communication & documentation skills.
• Ability to handle deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

Experience:

• Tender/Bid Management: Minimum 1 year (Required/Preferred)

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

Ludhiana, Punjab — Reliably commute or planning to relocate before joining (Preferred)
