Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage tender processes, including documentation, submission, follow-ups, and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include identifying tender opportunities, preparing bid proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring adherence to deadlines. Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of tendering procedures are essential.Responsibilities: Tender Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate potential tender opportunities from various sources (e.g., government websites, industry publications). Analyze tender documents to determine eligibility and feasibility. Bid Proposal Preparation: Prepare comprehensive and accurate bid proposals, including technical and commercial aspects. Gather and compile necessary documentation, such as company profiles, financial statements, and compliance certificates. Ensure all bid proposals meet tender requirements and deadlines. Documentation Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date tender documentation. Ensure compliance with all documentation requirements and regulations. Manage and track tender submissions and related correspondence. Coordination and Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, technical, and legal departments, to gather information and ensure timely submissions. Communicate effectively with clients and tender authorities. Collaborate with external consultants and vendors as needed. Tender Submission and Follow-Up: Ensure timely and accurate submission of tender documents. Track tender status and follow up with tender authorities for updates. Manage post-submission queries and clarifications. Compliance and Regulation: Stay updated on relevant tendering regulations and procedures. Ensure all tender activities comply with legal and ethical standards. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance. Negotiation: Participate in negotiation processes with clients and tender authorities. Negotiate contract terms and conditions to maximize business opportunities. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on tender activities, success rates, and pipeline opportunities. Maintain accurate records of tender outcomes and lessons learned. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
