Tender Executive – For All EPC & PPP Infrastructure Projects like Railways, Solar, Irrigation, Tunnels, Metro, Bridges etc.,
Role Objective:
- To identify, evaluate, and coordinate with the concerned team for preparation and submission of tenders for the above referred or other Projects decided by the Management.
- The Tender Executive should ensure Zero tolerance in submission of Tenders in time.
- Co-ordinate with the concerned Bank’s team for arranging required Bank Guarantees / Insurance Surety Bonds in time.
- Co-ordinate with the Finance team for arranging the required Statutory Auditor Certificates in time.
- Also, Co-ordinate with the Finance team for arranging the required Tender Document Cost or Tender Processing Fee in time.
- Identification of new Tenders
Key Responsibilities:
1️ Tender Identification & Tracking
- Search and monitor new tenders, RFPs, and EOIs daily through government portals such as: CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal), GeM, EProc, NIC, NTPC, SECI, NLC, NPCL, State DISCOMs, and PSU portals
- Private developer and IPP procurement platforms
- Prepare a daily / weekly tender summary report for management review.
2️ Pre-Bid & Bid Preparation
- Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical/commercial requirements in detail.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Projects, Finance, SCM, Legal, and Engineering) to gather inputs.
- Prepare and compile all bid documents including: Technical proposals, Compliance checklists, forms, and annexures
- Assist in preparing BOQs, price bids, and P&L-based estimations in coordination with project and finance teams.
- Track pre-bid queries, attend pre-bid meetings (virtual/in-person), and ensure timely clarifications are filed.
3️ Submission & Follow-up
- Manage e-tender portal operations – registration, DSC handling, uploading, and submission of bids.
- Ensure all submissions are error-free, complete, and within deadlines.
- Maintain a repository of submitted bids and tender documents for audit/reference.
- Follow up with departments, consultants, or clients for tender updates, technical clarifications, and evaluation status.
4️ Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain updated company profiles, certificates, registrations (GST, PAN, MSME, ISO, MNRE, etc.), and financial documents.
- Ensure all supporting documents (audits, project credentials, key staff CVs, List of required Equipment, bank guarantees, etc.) are current.
- Coordinate with finance and bank teams for EMD, BG, and collateral documentation.
- Support management in renewal of registrations with SECI, NTPC, and other PSUs.
5️ Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare tender pipeline reports (live, upcoming, submitted, and won/lost).
- Present periodic business opportunity dashboards to management.
- Support Business Development team in MoU drafting, empanelment forms, and vendor registration processes.
Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate in Engineering with MBA preferred.
Experience:
- 3–8 years of experience in tendering / Business Development of Infrastructure projects.
- Hands-on experience with Govt e-tender portals and digital submission workflows.
- Exposure to MNRE / SECI / NTPC / DISCOM projects preferred.

- Strong understanding of EPC tendering processes and contract formats.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF editing tools.
- High attention to detail, organization, and deadline orientation.
- Team player with coordination ability across multiple departments.
- Commercial awareness and cost-sensitivity in bidding.
Key Deliverables (KPIs):
- Number of new tenders identified weekly/monthly.
- On-time submission of bids without errors.
- Accuracy and completeness of technical/commercial documentation.
- Win ratio and conversion rate of submitted bids.
- Reduction in EMD/BG errors or delays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
