  • Familiarity with online tender portals such as Gem, CPPP, e-Procurement, State NIC portals etc.

Key Responsibilities

:-

Tender Search & Opportunity Identification

  • Browse and search government and private tender portals daily to identify suitable tenders.
  • Manage and update Gem portal activities including bid participation, catalog updates, and product listing.
  • Explore and discover additional tender listing websites for potential business leads.
  • Register the company on new tender portals to generate more business opportunities.

Tender Analysis & Summary Preparation

  • Review tender documents thoroughly
  • Identify key points: PQC, scope of work, eligibility, specifications, EMD, payment terms
  • Prepare detailed tender summaries for management
  • Draft tender queries and coordinate for pre-bid meetings

Bid Planning, Coordination & Submission

  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, design, costing, legal, etc.)
  • Collect necessary documents, certifications, and technical inputs
  • Work with costing team for pricing based on scope & competition
  • Prepare, compile, and organize all technical & commercial documents
  • Manage complete bid submission process (online & offline)

Pricing, Evaluation & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct competitor price comparison after tender opening
  • Analyse market trends to support management in pricing decisions

Post-Submission Review & Reporting
