Job Description

The candidate should possess proven expertise in handling Railway, GeM, CPPP, and PartsBase portal tenders, along with strong skills in ERP systems, vendor coordination, feasibility analysis, and process optimization. This role requires someone adept at managing multi-stakeholder environments while contributing to organizational efficiency and growth. The candidate should be from Aviation Industry only.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement and tendering processes using ERP systems.
  • Conduct detailed tender analysis, vendor eligibility checks, and feasibility studies.
  • Source and manage tenders from platforms including GeM, CPPP, and PartsBase.
  • Specialize in Railway, GeM, CPPP, and PartsBase tender documentation and execution.
  • Operate the PartsBase portal to source aviation-specific components and streamline procurement workflows.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely bid submissions and project delivery.
  • Manage end-to-end bid lifecycle, including documentation, submission, and post-bid follow-up.
  • Prepare and submit proposals for services such as AMC, CAMC, and New Airport Facility Allied Services.
  • Interact with customers to address technical and commercial queries related to offered products and services.
  • Support the sales team in business development and negotiations with clients.
  • Develop techno-commercial proposals for products and integrated solutions.
  • Lead bids involving integration of new technologies aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams for technical and commercial inputs.
  • Review and validate tender documents to ensure compliance with RFPs, RFIs, and company standards.
  • Prepare and present final bid summaries and recommendations to management.
  • Handle pre-qualification, EMD, and technical documentation for government and institutional tenders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
  • 5–10 years of experience in Tendering / Bid Management.
  • Strong understanding of government bidding procedures and e-tendering portals (GeM, CPPP, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, ERP, and documentation tools.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and organizational abilities.
