Role We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer to join our core tech team. You will troubleshoot issues, support customers, and ensure smooth operation of our telephony and automation platforms. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot issues related to SIP, VoIP, call routing, and Linux environments Configure DIDs, SIP trunks, IVRs, routing logic, and system setups Monitor server performance, logs, and overall system health Provide customer-facing technical support via calls, WhatsApp, and remote tools Document issues, solutions, and system improvements Coordinate with internal teams for deployments & enhancements Requirements Good understanding of Linux + SSH Basic understanding of SIP, VoIP, RTP, and call flows Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Familiarity with MySQL Ability to communicate clearly with customers for technical support Willingness to learn — unlimited opportunities for advancement Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment 6 days working Bonus Skills (Not required, but an advantage) Docker Basic PHP / JavaScript PostgreSQL Knowledge of CRM systems or APIs DevOps Salary Starting at ₹15,000 Will increase to ₹20,000–₹25,000 after 3 to 6 months based on skills, growth, and experience.
