Teller
to join its Retail Banking team at the Ratlam branch in Madhya Pradesh. This full-time position is focused on delivering exceptional customer service and handling day-to-day banking transactions. As a Teller, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the branch while promoting the bank's products and services.Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Process banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and balance cash drawers, ensuring accurate record-keeping of all transactions.
- Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and security protocols.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with branch team members to meet branch goals and service standards.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Support branch operations during peak hours.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduate in any discipline
Experience
- 04 years of experience in customer service or cash handling roles.
- Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
