Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Teller role located in West Delhi. The Teller will be responsible for handling daily banking transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check handling, and account-related requests. Additional responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, ensuring accurate record-keeping, maintaining compliance with banking regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires attention to detail and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and financial transaction management skills, including cash handling and accuracy in transactions.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and procedures is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software will be an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus.
