Job Title: Female Telecaller Location: Gurugaon, Haryana Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month + Incentives (based on experience) About the Role: We are looking for a Female Telecaller to join our team and handle inbound/outbound calls for customer engagement, lead conversion, or service promotion. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant voice, and the confidence to talk to new people daily. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads from provided data. Explain products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone. Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication. Keep records of calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback. Handle basic inquiries and resolve customer questions professionally. Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. 0–2 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / customer care (freshers can apply). Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry, etc.). Polite, convincing, and customer-friendly attitude.
