Web Karo India is hiring Telecallers to join our growing sales team! If you're passionate about connecting with people, following up with leads, and helping businesses grow through website and app solutions, we want to hear from you. As a Telecaller , you’ll play a key role in managing and converting incoming leads, maintaining follow-ups, and closing deals in coordination with the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Call potential and existing leads provided by the company. Explain Web Karo India's website/app development and digital services. Follow up regularly with interested clients and maintain accurate lead records. Understand customer needs and pitch appropriate services. Set up appointments for senior sales representatives if needed. Maintain call logs, lead status, and CRM records. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients. Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
