Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Making Outbound Calls: Reaching out to potential customers to promote products or services and generate leads. Handling Inbound Calls: Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Persuasion and Sales: Persuading customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or take other desired actions. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in a database or CRM system. Follow-up: Following up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and drive sales. Meeting Targets: Contributing to team performance and meeting sales or lead generation targets. Problem Solving: Addressing customer issues and finding solutions. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
