Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller based in Delhi, India. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information. Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate records of interactions, achieving call targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage high call volumes effectively and efficiently Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in a BPO or telecalling environment is a plus Show more Show less
