Job Description

We are looking for a persuasive and results-driven Telecaller to contact potential and existing customers to promote our products/services and handle queries. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain products or services and answer questions from customers. Keep records of calls and customer responses. Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
