TELLE CALLING STAFF

Telecalling staff make outbound calls to promote products, handle inbound inquiries, and resolve customer issues. Their core duties include following scripts, generating leads, maintaining accurate customer records in a CRM, meeting sales targets, and adhering to company policies. They also need strong communication and negotiation skills to build customer rapport and handle objections professionally. Duties and responsibilities

• Outbound calls: Make calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, explain features, and generate interest.
• Inbound call management: Answer incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Lead generation and sales: Follow up on leads, persuade customers to make purchases, and meet daily/weekly sales targets.
• Customer relationship management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, and handle complaints professionally.
• Data management: Accurately record all customer interactions, update records in the database or CRM, and maintain call logs.
• Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate details to customers.
• Adherence to policies: Follow call scripts, company guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Performance monitoring: Work to achieve sales and engagement goals, and report to supervisors.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 36 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
