Skills:. tele caller, tele sales, calling, good communication, english, tele calling, Female Only We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our products/services, and generate sales or set up appointments for our sales team The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided database or leads. Introduce company products/services to potential clients over the phone. Effectively communicate product information, pricing, and promotions to generate interest. Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers. Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or schedule appointments for the sales team. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and objectives. Record and update customer information in the database accurately. Provide accurate and detailed information on products or services. Handle customer questions or objections and escalate complex inquiries to the relevant department. Requirements Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage customers, build rapport, and effectively influence/persuade. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus. Good time management and organizational skills.
