Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads and databases. Convince customers to book vehicle inspections, which are offered free of charge. Answer questions related to the services, and handle customer inquiries with a professional attitude. Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and bookings. Record customer details and feedback accurately in the system. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, or regional languages. Experience in tele sales or customer support is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply. Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Basic computer skills to manage customer data and use internal systems.
