We are looking for an experienced telecom professional with a strong background in Core Network deployment and support . The role involves Professional Services and Technical Delivery , including commissioning, integration, acceptance testing, and customer support for Tier-1 telecom operators. Hands-on expertise in signalling protocols (SS7, SIGTRAN, Diameter, MAP, CAP) and experience on Core Network elements (STP, HLR, IMS, TAS, MNP) is required. Proficiency in IP networking, Linux and cloud platforms (OpenStack, VMware, Kubernetes, OpenShift) is expected. This position requires strong customer-facing skills, project tracking, and escalation handling , along with the ability to lead deployments and interface with internal R&D and customer teams . experience in the telecommunications industry , preferably in customer-facing deployment and support roles. Proven track record in leading projects, managing teams, or working at project manager / senior engineer level . Deep knowledge of signaling protocols (SS7, SIGTRAN, Diameter). Proficiency in IP networking (routing, addressing, firewall configuration). Hands-on expertise in cloud deployment modes (OpenStack, VMware, Kubernetes, OpenShift). Strong knowledge of MAP/CAP signaling flows (location updates, SMS, prepaid services). In-depth expertise with Linux (RedHat and its flavors) , shell scripting, and troubleshooting. Experience in requirement analysis , solution design, and customer architecture planning . Skilled in developing test strategies, acceptance testing , and defect management . Experience in project tracking, escalations, and stakeholder management . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with Tier-1 telecom operators and internal teams. Responsibilities Lead commissioning and deployment of teleSys products at customer sites. Conduct requirement analysis and design deployment architecture (IP planning, signaling setup, OSS/BSS integration). Manage installation, integration, acceptance testing , and handover to customer teams. Provide training, documentation, and workshops for customer staff. Ensure smooth migration with existing customer networks. Own customer communication lead meetings, submit reports, and drive escalations. Track project milestones , risks, and dependencies across multiple deployments. Work closely with R&D, QA, and Customer Care teams for issue resolution and continuous product improvement.
