As a Sales Representative at The Urban India, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers through high-volume calls and understanding their needs to generate leads effectively. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, following up with leads, and maintaining records of customer interactions in the CRM. Achieving monthly sales targets, conducting market research, and collaborating with the marketing team for promotional initiatives are key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, staying informed about industry trends, conducting product presentations, managing customer inquiries and complaints professionally, and contributing to team goals will be part of your daily tasks.
