Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls to patients, clients, and partner hospitals. Explain TAH Global healthcare services, treatment plans, and offers to prospective patients. Convert leads into confirmed appointments or service bookings. Follow up with leads and maintain a proper database in CRM. Coordinate with hospital/clinic teams for patient scheduling and updates. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while dealing with patients. Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and operations teams for lead quality improvement.
