As a Telesales Specialist at United World Tutors based in Chandigarh, India, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, presenting and promoting our services, handling inquiries, and nurturing relationships with clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting outbound calls, addressing customer concerns, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and collaborating with the sales team to meet or exceed targets. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential customers through outbound calls - Present and promote services offered by United World Tutors - Handle customer inquiries and address their concerns effectively - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed targets Qualifications: - Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address inquiries and foster client relationships effectively - Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and explain services to diverse audiences - Proven Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and meeting sales targets - Aptitude for Training, with the ability to adapt and grasp evolving service knowledge and market trends - Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a team environment - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in sales, customer service, or a related field - Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus,
