Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Mumbai. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting suitable AV & Broadcast products. Daily tasks will include calling clients, providing product information, handling customer inquiries, and closing sales deals. The representative will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and documenting interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Customer Support and Sales
• Experience in Training related to AV & Broadcast products
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the AV & Broadcast industry is a plus
• Proficient in using CRM software
