The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing customer support, and responding to inquiries. The representative will identify and pursue sales opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and offer product or service information. Additionally, the role includes participating in training programs to enhance product knowledge and telesales skills.
