We are looking for a Telesales Executive who will be responsible for converting leads into sales. You will be provided with warm leads interested in our digital marketing services (including website design, SEO, social media marketing, and more). Your role will be to call, pitch, and close sales. Key Responsibilities: Call potential clients provided through our lead generation system. Understand client requirements and present the right digital marketing solutions. Explain the benefits of services like website design, SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing. Follow up with prospects regularly to close deals. Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams for seamless onboarding. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales (preferably in digital marketing or IT services). Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English. Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a plus. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage. Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
