Telesales Executive / Sales Coordinator

Location : Masjid Bunder, Mumbai Industry : Industrial Packaging (HDPE/PP Woven Bags, LDPE Bags, Liners, Shrink Films) Gender Preference : Female candidates preferred Experience : 2+ years in a similar sales/telecalling role preferred Key Responsibilities : Make outbound sales calls to potential customers from leads generated by the sales team. Follow up on existing active leads to convert into orders. Cold call and reach out to prospective customers, especially for export opportunities. Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. Maintain and update lead trackers with follow-up actions and status. Draft and send introductory emails, quotations, and follow-up communication as needed. Coordinate with internal sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order processing. Assist in identifying potential international buyers and initiating conversations. Support sales team in documentation, customer communication, and meeting coordination. Required Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi . Confidence in handling business communication over phone and email. Proficiency in LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, MS Excel, and Email platforms. Ability to maintain follow-up discipline and stay organized. A proactive and customer-centric attitude.
