Record keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, call logs, and application details in a CRM or other system. Target achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly telecalling and sales targets. Customer service: Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and resolve customer issues promptly. Team collaboration: Work with sales and underwriting teams to ensure a smooth and efficient loan approval process.
