To support our growth, we’re looking for a confident, results-driven Sales Closer to join our team. Role Overview As a Sales Closer, you will work on qualified leads generated through our ad campaigns and also reach out to potential prospects through cold calling when required. Your role will be to engage with potential clients over calls or video meetings, understand their requirements, and guide them to the right service package. You will track and manage all lead activity using our CRM. Responsibilities Close deals from qualified inbound leads via Zoom or phone Present, pitch, and sell our SaaS and web development service packages Maintain communication and follow-ups through CRM Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to activate commission bonuses Report regularly on sales activity and client feedback Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead quality and conversion strategy Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of sales or closing experience, ideally in web development, digital marketing, or SaaS Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) Confident in handling video calls and closing over the phone Familiarity with CRMs (is a plus) Strong convincing and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional Basic knowledge of web development terms and services Compensation and Benefits Base Salary: Competitive (based on experience and skill level) Commission/Incentives: Performance-based after monthly target is met Monthly and quarterly bonuses for high performers Work in a structured yet flexible environment Why Join NesterLink Commission structure designed to reward results (potential to double your base salary) Use modern tools like Odoo or NesterDash CRM Fast-growing agency with future leadership opportunities Flexibility to transition to remote based on your performance
