Job Title: Telecaller – Foaps Direct Sales

Location: Remote / Kochi, Kerala

Foaps Direct is a plug-and-play e-commerce solution that enables restaurants and small businesses to take direct WhatsApp orders — without depending on third party aggregator platforms. We help SMEs accept payments, manage deliveries, and engage customers directly on WhatsApp — simple, affordable, and commission-free.

Job Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to connect with restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and local stores, explain the benefits of Foaps Direct, and onboard them onto our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential leads (restaurants and small businesses) from the given database.
• Explain Foaps Direct’s features, pricing, and benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Generate interest, schedule demos, or close sales over the phone.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM.
• Follow up with interested businesses and assist with the onboarding process.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil is a plus).
• Basic understanding of online ordering or restaurant business is an advantage.
• Confidence in handling objections and driving conversions.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
