As an OB Expert, you will be responsible for interacting with sellers, collecting required data, details, and documents based on a checklist. You will enter these details into our platform, create an online storefront for the seller, ensure that it is reviewed by the seller, and make it live. Throughout this process, you will work with cross-functional teams to gather any necessary data or resolve any challenges that arise. What will an ideal candidate look like? ● Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an MNC, start-up, or reputable organization. ● Education: Graduate or post-graduate qualification. ● Seller/Customer Interaction: Experience in interacting with sellers or customers, with a focus on B2B or B2C environments. ● Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and English. ● Planning & Prioritization: Ability to plan, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively. ● Analytical & Presentation Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to present data clearly and effectively. ● Stakeholder Management: Experience managing multiple stakeholders and addressing their needs. ● Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets. ● Solution-oriented Approach: Ability to understand business priorities and sellers’ needs and offer appropriate solutions.
