Job Title: Tele-Caller
Location: Dalhousie / Exide
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,40,000 (Annual CTC)
Vacancies: 4 Positions
Industry: Preferred – Insurance, Credit Card, Banking, Education

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Tele-Callers who can effectively handle outbound calling, engage with leads, and support our student counselling/sales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Make 200+ outbound calls daily to prospective leads.
Explain course details, benefits, and offerings clearly to potential students or customers.
Maintain call logs, follow-up records, and daily reporting.
Convert inquiries into walk-ins, registrations, or sales (as applicable).
Adhere to scripts, processes, and organizational guidelines.
Build and maintain a positive relationship with prospective customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local mother tongue.
1–3 years of experience in tele-calling, telesales, or customer handling.
Background in insurance, credit card sales, banking, or education preferred.
Ability to handle high-volume calls with professionalism.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM usage, call software, etc.).
