We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to promote and sell personal loan products over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities. Lead Generation & Sales. Call potential customers and explain personal loan products. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan options. Follow up on leads and close sales effectively. Customer Relationship Management. Build and maintain good relationships with customers. Address queries regarding loan eligibility, documentation, and interest rates. Ensure a smooth loan application process for the customer. Achieving Sales Targets. Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell other financial products when required. Data Management & Compliance. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and loan applications. Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations. Requirements. Education:. Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any field. Skills. Excellent verbal communication skills in [English + Regional Language]. Strong sales and persuasion skills. Basic knowledge of financial products and loans (preferred). Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Experience. 0-3 years in telesales / telecalling / banking / financial sales (Freshers can apply). Additional Requirements. Prior experience in loan sales, banking, or customer service is a plus.
