We partner directly with organisations to design and implement systems that drive Strategic Business Solutions.    Currently, we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to strengthen our operations team. The details are as follows -   Qualification      :              Any Graduate Experience        :              2+ years (freshers can also apply) Salary                   :              Rs. 10,000/- to 30,000/- (Fixed+Incentive) Location              :              New Town, Kolkata Reporting to     :              The Director Nature of Job    :              Work from Office     Responsibilities   ·        Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. ·        Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information. ·        Generate leads, fix appointments, and maintain follow-up with prospects. ·        Update customer feedback and interaction details in the CRM/system. ·        Maintain cordial relations with clients for repeat business and referrals. ·        Maintain and update databases, records, and reports on a daily/weekly basis. ·        Prepare MIS reports, sales trackers, and documentation as required. ·        Handle email correspondence and official communication. ·        Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth operations.   Skills   Good Communication Skills Proficiency in English Language (Speaking & Writing) Good knowledge of MS-Office (Word & Excel)
