Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (Full-Time, In-Office) Company: Doctor Detox Wellness Pvt. Ltd. Location: Ahmedabad Working Days: Monday–Saturday | Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM Job Summary We are hiring a confident and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our wellness & detox programs, and convert leads into sales. Ideal for someone who enjoys communication, persuasion, and achieving incentives. Key Responsibilities Make 300–350 calls/day & maintain 4+ hours daily talk time. Explain Doctor Detox programs using scripts. Identify customer needs & convert leads into paying clients. Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS. Maintain CRM records accurately. Handle objections professionally & provide solutions. Achieve monthly conversion targets and earn incentives. Required SkillsExcellent communication in Hindi/English. Strong persuasion & convincing ability. Ability to handle rejections confidently. Basic computer & CRM knowledge. Goal-oriented mindset with positive attitude.
