Telesales Executive

Dear Candidates, We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in the retail sector . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a strong understanding of retail products and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote retail products and services. Handle inbound queries related to product information, pricing, availability, and orders. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all company products, promotions, and policies. Follow up on leads and prospects generated through marketing campaigns. Update CRM systems with accurate and complete customer information. Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Requirements: Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales/customer service role (preferably in the retail sector). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure. Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, etc.). Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Preferred Skills: Fluency in local language(s). Knowledge of retail trends and consumer behavior. Experience in selling FMCG, electronics, apparel, or other retail products.
