Telesales Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining products/services, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain customer database and call records in Excel.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Prepare simple presentations/reports using MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Requirements:

• Qualification: 12th Pass/ MBA / Graduate preferred.
• Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & English.
• Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
• Basic computer knowledge: Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Internet.
• Prior telesales/call center experience preferred but not mandatory.

Salary: ₹[Salary] + Incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹27,500.00 per month
