Position Overview

We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls for retail product sales. The role involves understanding customer requirements, providing product details, preparing quotations, and ensuring end‑to‑end follow‑up until purchase and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to retail product sales.
• Understand customer requirements, product models, delivery options, and mode of purchase.
• Share quotations and ensure end‑to‑end follow‑up until purchase confirmation and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales conversions.
• Coordinate with showroom, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales and follow‑up targets set by management.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales, customer service, or retail sales.
• Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and manage customer queries effectively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Customer‑focused attitude with persuasive selling skills.
