Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Communication & Sales - Engage in high-volume outbound and inbound calls to potential clients, focusing on maximizing revenue generation from the Bangalore region. - Effectively communicate the benefits, features, and value propositions of our bicycle products to clients, tailoring pitches to meet client needs and preferences. - Maintain a deep understanding of our bicycle offerings, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information and close sales efficiently. 2. Targeted Client Engagement - Identify and qualify sales opportunities within the Bangalore area, prioritizing leads with high conversion potential. - Rapidly assess incoming calls from across Karnataka and decisively direct focus towards Bangalore-based clients to optimize time and resources. 3. Customer Relationship Management - Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat business. - Address inquiries, provide personalized assistance, and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally. 4. Sales Strategy and Efficiency - Follow a structured call flow and sales script to maximize effectiveness, ensuring efficient call handling and a higher conversion rate. - Track call duration and efficiency metrics, aiming to minimize idle time and maximize active hours spent in client interactions. 5. Record-Keeping & Reporting - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, interactions, and sales outcomes using CRM software. - Generate and submit daily or weekly reports on call activities, sales targets, conversions, and client feedback to the sales manager. 6. Market Insights & Feedback - Gather client feedback and insights from calls to relay to management, helping refine product offerings, promotional strategies, and market positioning. - Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings in the bicycle retail space.
