Position Description: We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Telesales Executive who can build and manage strong relationships with customers across India. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujrati and Bengali, and will be responsible for offering a personalized customer experience via digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on emotional intelligence, communication, and can work independently in a fast-paced, remote setup Responsibilities & Duties: Build and manage long-term relationships with customers via calls, emails, chat, or video meetings. Engage customers in their preferred language to provide personalized support and retention. Understand customer needs and offer solutions or product recommendations accordingly. Proactively follow up on service satisfaction, queries, renewals, and upselling opportunities. Maintain CRM records and document all customer interactions. Resolve complaints/escalations with a customer-first mindset and attention to detail. Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to ensure excellent customer experience. Skills: Good Communication skills in (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil & Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali & Gujrati) Active listening skills. Discipline. Data entry skills. Typing and word processing skills. Documentation skills. Qualifications: B.sc/M.sc (Agriculture) Preferred Fresher/Experience Both are Comfortable.· Basic Computer Knowledge.
