This job is provided by apna.co We are seeking motivated Tele Sales Executives to join our team at Thane. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in tele-calling (preferably in BFSI Sales, collections or recovery), strong communication skills, and a passion for achieving Sales targets. Freshers with strong communication skills, and a passion for achieving Sales targets can apply as well. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers for Health Insurance and follow-ups on closures. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally. Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly Sales targets. Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 6 months experience in tele-calling (BFSI Sales, collections or related roles preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle difficult conversations and negotiate effectively. Familiarity with basic computer applications and CRM tools (preferred). Location Preference: Candidates residing in Central Line or Western Line (Mira Road, Bhayandar, Borivali) are preferred for ease of commute.
