Telesales Executive

Job Description

1. Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and providing product information. 2. Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying new sales opportunities, upselling, and cross- selling products to existing customers. 3. Cold Calling:Make outbound calls to new customers, introducing our products and services, and generating new business leads. 4. Lead Conversion: Convert leads into sales by building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. 5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. 6. Product Knowledge:Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and applications. 7. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to management, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and sales performance metrics.
