Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits. 3. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer their queries, and provide information about our products and services. 4. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening. 5. Sales Conversions: Convert leads into sales by explaining product offerings, pricing, and promotions. 6. Data Entry: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. 7. Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers and nurture existing client relationships. Requirements: 1.
