Telesales Associate (Only Female)

There will be a training period for 2 months, and the stipend will be Rs. 5000. After completion of the training period, your actual salary will be decided.
This hiring is for one of our vertical for Solar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound and outbound calls to potential residential and commercial clients.
• Present and promote solar energy solutions to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solar packages.
• Schedule appointments for field sales representatives or consultations.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and messages.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with solar products, incentives, and market trends.
• Handle customer objections and provide accurate information.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Requirements:

• Freshers can apply.
• Proven experience in telesales, call centers, or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Good command over Hindi and englsih Language.

Timing : 11:00 AM - 7:00PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dalanwala, Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
