Escalate complex issues to the supervisor if required.
Achieve daily/weekly call and service targets.
Maintain confidentiality of customer data.
Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
Keep updated on company policies, products, and promotions.
Build positive relationships with customers.
Handle multi-language support depending on customer needs.
Maintain professional communication at all times.
Work in rotational shifts if required.
Good English communication for internal coordination.
