Job Description

We are hiring Telesales Agents for a permanent role at Futwork , where agents will be assigned to various projects based on business requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience in telecalling, sales, lead conversion, and customer engagement across multiple domains. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to gain experience in different industries while being a part of a growing organization. Role & responsibilities Call and connect with potential customers across different projects and domains. Explain product/service details and guide customers toward making informed decisions. Handle objections, build rapport, and drive successful conversions. Maintain and update the CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and conversions. Achieve and exceed daily/weekly targets based on project requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer interaction and conversion optimization. Preferred candidate profile 6 months - 3 years of experience in telesales across different industries (Ed-Tech, Finance, Healthcare, E-commerce, etc.). Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to adapt to different product offerings and sales approaches. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets .
