Our clients range from small local businesses to large MNCs. With a strong focus on performance and ROI, we help businesses grow and scale their online presence. Job Overview: We are hiring a confident, motivated, and persuasive Telesales Agent to drive our business growth by selling digital marketing services over the phone. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, identifying their marketing needs, and converting leads into customers — from local shop owners to decision-makers in large companies. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to business leads and prospects from provided and self-sourced databases. Present and pitch digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, etc.) effectively. Understand client requirements and recommend customized marketing solutions. Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM tools. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for proposal sharing, onboarding, and delivery coordination. Monthly Target: Achieve a minimum monthly sales target Incentives and bonuses available for achieving and surpassing sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of telesales or inside sales experience (preferably in digital marketing or B2B services). Strong verbal communication skills in English and [local language if applicable]. Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales on calls. Basic understanding of digital marketing services is preferred (training will be provided). Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined approach to work. Familiarity with CRM software or lead tracking systems is a plus.
