Role Description The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to customer support, satisfaction, service, communication, and sales to ensure a positive experience for customers visiting Lot Mobiles outlets. Qualifications Customer Support and Customer Service skills Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills Sales skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to address customer needs and resolve issues effectively Experience in retail or customer service industry is a plus Tele callers are responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers or clients to promote and sell a product or service or collect information. Their roles and responsibilities typically include: Making calls: Tele callers make outbound calls to potential customers, clients, or partners. Introducing the product/service: They provide information about the product or service that the company is offering and explain its benefits. Answering questions: Tele callers must be knowledgeable about the product or service and be able to answer any questions that potential customers may have. Persuading customers: They must be persuasive and convincing in order to sell the product or service. Meeting targets: Tele callers are often given targets to meet, such as the number of calls made, appointments booked, or sales closed. Maintaining records: They keep detailed records of calls, sales, and customer feedback. Following up: Tele callers follow up with customers who have expressed interest in the product or service, and continue to build relationships with existing customers. Customer service: They handle customer complaints and queries, and try to resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. Reporting: Tele callers report their progress to their supervisors and provide feedback on the effectiveness of the calling campaigns. Overall, the role of a tele caller is to generate new business leads, increase sales and revenue, and maintain strong relationships with customers.
