We are looking for a Marketing Executive to drive strategic marketing initiatives, brand engagement, and promotional campaigns. This role involves social media management, content creation, database management, vendor coordination, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and passionate about elevating brand visibility while driving customer engagement. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Marketing Operations: Support regular marketing tasks for Telenity India's location-based services. Social Media Management: Create and curate engaging written and visual content across social platforms; monitor trends and optimize audience engagement. Content Writing: Develop compelling blog posts, website copy, promotional materials, and brand messaging. Database Management & Email Campaigns: Maintain customer databases and execute targeted email, paid digital, and other marketing campaigns as per identified ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and target segments to boost engagement and generate MQLs and SQLs. Marketing Campaigns : Plan, execute, and evaluate digital and traditional marketing campaigns for maximum impact. Maintain marketing and sales dashboards in the CRM system to provide a full-funnel view Merchandise & Vendor Management: Oversee promotional merchandise, coordinate vendor relationships, and ensure cost-effective procurement. Competitor & Industry Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential customers and new business opportunities. Ad Campaigns Management : Execute and optimize Google and LinkedIn ad campaigns for brand visibility and lead generation. Event & Product Launch Management: Coordinate marketing events, product launches, and promotional campaigns. Brand Representation: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all internal and external marketing efforts. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track campaign performance, generate insights, and refine marketing strategies based on data-driven decisions. Media and PR: Assisting public relations campaigns and coordinating with the media. Preferred candidate profile Proficiency in Microsoft Office, computer literacy. Familiarity with WordPress CMS management and Google AdWords Strong analytical skills to study customer behavior and market trends. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ownership of tasks. Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative marketing ideas Preferred: Certification in creative writing or digital marketing

Key Responsibilities: Working in coordination with Cloud Engineer to deploy and configure Digital Service Platform (DSP) services on the allocated resources Integrating DSP(Digital Service Platform) with the customer systems and performing UATs Helping Content Partners to integrate their services into the DSP system and performing UATs Performing end-to-end validation of updated/upgraded/enhanced DSP services and applying them to the customer production system. Performing migrations of Content Partners onto the DSP system Helping the operations team to analyze the problems and find solutions. Handover the new DSP system operation to the operations team after the project completion. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by being responsive and proactive. Prepare documents such as MOP (Methode of Procedure) when needed. Technical Expertise: Experience and working knowledge of any Linux flavor like RedHat, Ubuntu, Debian, etc. Experience in some of the following, tools, and technologies curl, iperf, Wireshark, Postman, Apache JMeter, SoapUI, Apache, nginx, Ansible, or similar configuration tools. Understanding of networking and networks (router, firewall, load balancer, VLAN, VPN, proxy, NAT, etc.) Understanding of communication protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP, DNS, DHCP and FTP/SFTP Understanding of Webservices (SOAP, XML, RESTful, JSON), Knowledge in scripting languages is good to have (Bash, Perl, Python) and cron Jobs, Familiarity with open-source technologies and frameworks, Familiarity with NoSQL and document-oriented databases (MongoDB) is a plus, Familiarity with schema-free full-text search engines (e.g., Elastic Search) is a plus, Familiarity with Virtualization, Cloud Computing, and Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) is a plus, Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the Deployment & validation area. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Collaborate with other teams within company and customer effectively. Open to travel to customer sites when necessary.
