Job Overview: We are seeking motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Representatives to join our US outbound process team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, promoting financial and insurance products, and driving high-quality leads while ensuring exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US market . Promote and explain banking, finance, and insurance products. Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions. Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for sales teams. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions using CRM tools. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs (calls, leads, conversions). Handle customer objections professionally and persuasively. Ensure compliance with company policies and US telemarketing regulations. Qualifications: 0- 7 years of experience in outbound telemarketing or sales ( freshers are welcome). Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. Knowledge of banking, finance, or insurance is a plus. Proficiency in using CRM and call management tools. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Skills & Competencies: Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Adaptability to different customer personas.
