Job Title: Telemarketing Executive – Shipping Industry (Fresher Welcome) Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our team in the shipping and logistics industry. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers or candidates with basic knowledge of shipping or logistics. Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential clients, introduce our services, and generate leads for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain company shipping and logistics services clearly and professionally. Maintain a database of customer contacts and follow up as needed. Schedule meetings or calls for the sales team. Assist in basic marketing activities and customer engagement. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of shipping/logistics (training will be provided). Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools is a plus.
