We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and promoting our products/services. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain products/services and address customer queries. Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales teams. Maintain a database of customer information and update records. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
