As a Tele Marketer at Thillai Shri M R Chits, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by promoting our chit fund schemes through outbound calls. Your responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls to potential customers to explain chit fund schemes. - Following up on leads provided through campaigns and referrals. - Convincing and educating customers about the benefits of our chit plans. - Maintaining detailed records of calls, responses, and follow-ups using CRM software (if applicable). - Handling inbound inquiries from customers and resolving basic queries. - Coordinating with the sales and admin teams for appointment scheduling and customer onboarding. - Maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer empathy in every call. - Meeting or exceeding daily and monthly calling targets. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Good communication skills in Tamil. - Basic knowledge of chit fund operations is a plus (training will be provided). - Confidence, persuasion, and the ability to handle rejection positively. - Familiarity with customer service tools, CRM, or MS Excel is an advantage. - Time management and ability to multitask.
